Luxury Villas for Rent with Value-Added Services
Paradise at a Better Price!

It's no secret that Mexico has been buffeted with bad news of late,
but fortunately Puerto Vallarta has been untouched - except economically.
Given slumping rentals, a group of professional, experienced luxury villa owners have formed a network, based on discounts, added services, and value-added basic features (the latter refers to location, amenities such as pools and jacuzzis, and onhand staff).

Vallarta has become a year-round destination with sporting events, festivals, and cultural performances from January through December annually (see Calendar 2009-2010). Most shows are free, with the city's boardwalk and open-air theater as the focal point of world-class music performances, film screenings, and dance presentations.

But it's probably your precious time in the sun and surf that beckons most of all, and this we have, as always. Now the Discount Villa Group is announcing unprecedented sales in direct competition with luxury hotels, and even middle-range hospitality options.

"We are proud of our villas and staff, and we've discounted prices overall to make us competitive for any beach destination," said Peter Olsen, spokesman for the villa owners and a longterm villa owner himself.
